Scott Francis - Scott is the business manager of Bay's Chapel Stables. He has a business degree from the University of Arlington and has been around horses and trail riding from a young age. Scott has been an instructor in horseback riding for over five years and enjoys the outdoors and his family. Scott is married to Joy Francis, they have four children. Joy Francis - Joy is the financial secretary for Bay's Chapel stables. She helps plan camps and handles all financial matters concerning the camps. Joy enjoys horses and children. Jason Bay - Jason is the horse trainer and resident pastor of Bay's Chapel Stables. Jason has a degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University, and two Masters degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jason has ridden and trained horses from a very early age and has had the opportunity to learn and work under some of the most talented horse trainers. In addition to Jason's equine experience, Jason has pastored several growing churches prior to coming to Bay's Chapel stables. Jason is married to Kim Bay, they have two children. Linda Bay - Linda Bay is hospitality superintendent at Bay's Chapel Stables. Linda makes sure everything is in its place for each and every camp. She oversees the meal preparations and dormitory assignments. Linda is an excellent cook and is gifted in motherly love. Linda makes everyone feel right at home. |
